FUNDACIÓ ARRELS
An organization that, since 1987, has served and provided guidance to homeless people living on the streets of Barcelona. They help them achieve the most independent life possible by meeting their basic needs, providing social and healthcare, and guaranteeing housing for those in the most vulnerable situations. They also work to raise awareness among citizens, denounce unjust situations, and provide solutions to public authorities and civil society to make #nobodysleepingonthestreets possible.

This year, APIALIA Gaudí agreed to establish a partnership with the ARRELS FOUNDATION to support its work and contribute, with our grain of sand, to achieving its founding objectives, as well as contributing to a more just society.
WHO IS ARRELS?
ARRELS is an organization that, since 1987, has served and provided guidance to homeless people living on the streets of Barcelona. They help them achieve the most independent life possible by meeting their basic needs, providing social and healthcare, and guaranteeing housing for those in the most vulnerable situations.
They also work to raise awareness among citizens, denounce unfair situations, and provide solutions to governments and civil society to make #ningúdormintalcarrer possible.
WHAT DOES ARRELS DO?
They accompany and guide homeless people living on the streets of Barcelona, prioritizing care for those who have been on the streets for years and are in the most vulnerable situations.
They guide people on the streets on what they can do to improve their situation and explain the resources available in the city.
They provide useful services, accommodation, and social and healthcare to cover the basic needs of the most vulnerable people.
They accompany people on their personal journey toward becoming as independent as possible.
At ALBIUM – Properties in Barcelona and as members of APIALIA Gaudí, we wanted to join this initiative and that's why, during Sant Jordi Day, we will be collaborating with their occupational workshop by offering our collaborators, friends, and clients roses made by those people that the Arrels Foundation contributes to reintegrating into the workforce.
